Royal Tennis Mallorca SLU (“RTM”) organizes and coordinates tennis services, tennis camps, and group programs on site in Mallorca. RTM's services include, in particular, the reservation and coordination of tennis courts, coaching sessions, training programs, on-site group assistance, and — where offered — the arrangement of special rates with hotels and transfer services. RTM is not a travel organizer within the meaning of travel law and does not offer package travel services. Hotel accommodation, catering, transfer services, or any other third-party services are not provided by RTM itself, but by the respective hotels, transport companies, or independent service providers. RTM may assist with the coordination and arrangement of such services, but assumes no liability for the proper performance, quality, availability, or any changes to these services by third parties. All matters relating to hotel accommodation, including room category, check-in, check-out, catering, hotel service, complaints, rebookings, refunds, or any other claims against the hotel, must be clarified directly with the respective hotel. RTM will make every effort to provide on-site support and assist in finding a customer-oriented solution, but assumes no legal or financial responsibility for decisions, services, or omissions of the hotel or other external service providers. **Rebooking / Cancellation STAY & PLAY** If the customer wishes to rebook a tennis service, RTM will grant this free of charge, provided that the requested change is available and can be implemented from an organizational point of view. Cancellation of package services by the customer will result in the following flat-rate cancellation fees: Up to 30 days before the start of services: 20% of the package service price. From 29 days up to 8 days before the start of services: 90% of the package service price. From 7 days before the start of services or in the event of no-show: 100% of the package service price.

**Bad Weather Policy** RTM is neither the owner nor the operator of the tennis facilities. The owners or operators of the tennis facilities are the respective hotels or independent facility operators. RTM merely rents individual tennis courts for training sessions or free play and organizes the corresponding court reservations and coaching hours. RTM provides the service of pre-reserving tennis courts, organizing coaching hours, and arranging one or more coaches, regardless of the weather situation. In the event of rain or bad weather, missed sessions will be rescheduled where possible. This depends on availability, court playability, weather conditions, and organizational feasibility. If it is not possible to reschedule the missed sessions, RTM is generally unable to refund the amount paid for court rental or coaching, as the corresponding reservation and organizational services have already been provided and/or costs may have been incurred with third parties. However, RTM will always make every effort to find a customer-oriented and goodwill-based solution.

**Cancellation and Payment Policy – Private Coaching Sessions** Changes or cancellations of private coaching sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. This allows the appointment to be allocated elsewhere if possible and helps ensure efficient planning. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be charged. All private sessions and courses must be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking.
